Thank you for joining us for this quarterly newsletter for FPE Automation! I’m sure you will join me in the sentiment that this quarter has been exceptionally chaotic. I personally have had countless meetings and hours consumed by tariff discussions, mitigation strategies, etc. This whole situation has brought strain to our valued customers, suppliers, and operations team internally. We have been working hard to minimize any impact these will have on your day to day business.
Amongst all this chaos, we at FPE Automation have been re-doubling our efforts to show our customers how effective our solutions may be on their equipment. These efforts have included solutions that reduce wiring and troubleshooting, but also how improving the core elements to the machine may improve throughput and cycle time. One of the activities I wanted to highlight is bringing our TLD (Traveling Lab Demo) to our customers floors to show how effective MAC Valves Inc. can be on their equipment. We take the sales “specmanship” out of the equation and show real data behind how quickly the right-sized MAC Valves Inc. can stack up against its competitors. The core advantages to MAC’s design almost always back up what we have been telling customers for the past several decades – that MAC Valves Inc. are the superior valve when it comes to quality, performance, and innovation.
Lastly, our solutions team has been hard at work coming up with standard solutions around de-palletizing, and their results were on full display at Automate 2025 with the DePal Pro. If you attended the show, 3D bin picking was a very hot topic, and our applications and solutions team are echoing that sentiment. We are hard at work deploying several bin picking solutions and more evaluations are underway every week.

Developed by FPE Automation’s HandShake Solutions team, this advanced robotic depalletizing system was engineered from the ground up to streamline end-of-line operations.
